Day View

A days worth of appointments at a glance for any trainer or resource. This incredibly versatile view displays client name, type of appointment, resource, and type of service. You can also see if your appointment has been confirmed, and the status: held; cancelled; no show; rebook; complimentary or unprocessed. Week View

Get a quick glance of a weeks worth of appointments from this view. Displays the client name and status for each appointment; simply hover on the name to see all the remaining details. Click here for more details about the operations in this view.

Club View

See the schedules of all your trainers in one view. See the appointment type and status from an icon representation of the appointment and just hover on the appointment to see the details. Click here for more details about the operations in this view.

Studio View

View a subset of your trainers' appointments with this view. Displays the client name and status for each appointment with hovering to see the remaining details.

Resource View

See the schedules for individual rooms or equipment with this view.

List View

Quick list of the day's appointments for any trainer or resource. In addition, you can print out a daily signature card for any trainer.

Month View

A quick overview of a months worth of appointments with this view. Get a count of the different appointments including whether or not they've been processed.
